At this time, we do not accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. In exceptional cases, a refund may be considered depending on the situation. These will be reviewed case-by-case, and we’ll do our best to assist you fairly.

When we ship the goods, you change of mind or personal preference to cancel the orders
the custmer choose wrong size and colors
General wear and tear after use
Damage caused by improper handling or use
Sale items and/or discounted products
Custom-made, bridal, or personalized items
